T-Mobile allow free Wifi Google Maps
This is an odd one, but while I was out in Berlin, where there was pay for T-Mobile, I found that I could access Google Maps via the iPod Maps app without having to pay any connection fee.

iPod Touch Bookmarklets & Microformats
Although this is should be obvious, since the iPod Touch comes with Safari, I've found to my pleasure: you can run bookmarklets through Safari (mobile).
