A note of inspiration

It's my birthday today, and a card from my mother gave me a boost of inspiration. I'm not one to fall for that Hallmark crap, but seeing as my business also had it's birthday, the message felt encouraging: Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars... (Unknown)

Our London to Brighton bike ride and route

This past Sunday Julie and I, for an alternative wedding anniversary (3 years) decided that we would ride the London to Brighton for the British Heart Foundation. It was an amazing day, and thankfully, the months before hand we had been spinning 3 times a week and this definitely paid off.
